7 Days Return / 14 Days Exchange
When you get your goods, you have 7 days for a refund or 14 days for an exchange. Please kindly note that all bras and panties cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Please refer to the measurement and size instruction carefully before your purchase, and feel free to contact us if you are not sure how to make the measurement properly. We highly appreciate your understanding.
Who will pay the return shipping cost?
Please kindly know that all postage costs (including shipping and return charges) must be covered by the customer unless the goods are faulty.
What is your returns policy?
There are only 2 rules: you should send your return needs to us in 7 days when you received your goods, and your goods need to be unwashed and unworn (tried on is totes cool!). Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around.
What is the return procedure?
1. Contact us by email before you send back any products. Sending the products without noticing us will not trigger the return procedure automatically.
2. In the email, please including your order number, the items you wanted to be returned if you are not returning the whole order.
3. We will reply your email with a return confirmation form and the return address. Please fill up the reason for your return to help us do better in the future. Your feedback is important to us!
4. Mail back the products to the return address with the return confirmation letter. Shipping cost will be covered by customers.
5. We will check the products and return the money to your account.
What return options can I choose from?
You can select either a refund for the cost of the item or a 110% store credit.
110% store credit?
Aw yeah. If you choose a store credit for your return, we'll send you a voucher for 100% of the cost of your item AND an extra 10% use on your next order. Please know that the voucher has to be used at one time.
What if you guys sent me a faulty item?
We're super sorry! If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please send us an email to email@example.com. We will do everything to send the right products to you. Any extra shipping cost due to the faulty item is on us.
To be eligible for a return or exchange you must follow our exact instructions.
Contact us before you send products back to us. We will tell you the address where you could return the products to.
Return the item in its unworn, as received condition.
Include a detailed note explaining why the merchandise is being returned and what you want in exchange.
